As a middle school history teacher I'm always excited to take part in a historical event.
Last winter we took part in Ashfield's historic celebration by reenacting ice cutting.
Tom pulled the saw to mark the ice and then the team hauled the loaded ice up to the ice house, where it was stored and then used at the town's summer festivities.
